At Modesto, we want you to love your item. So if it’s not quite right … don’t sweat it. We offer a 14 day return from the date of purchase. Please note, Modesto does not cover the costs of return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return:
1-Email Info@modestoactive.com.au with your name and order number.
2-Once you receive a confirmation, we will email with further instructions.

Please choose carefully as we do not exchange or refund on items marked as ‘Final Sale Items’.

EXCHANGE

Sizing not right? We are happy to exchange to a more suitable size. Please follow the return guidelines and we will send you the new size with free shipping.

FAULTY

At Modesto, we aim to produce quality items. If your item is damaged or faulty, please email us at info@modestoactive.com.au with a description and images of your product fault. The fault will be assessed, and further instructions will then be given.
